Mortgage Stance: Lock or Float?

Bond prices and interest rates have had a tough time ever since the Fed announced a tapering of QE3.

But after touching the highest levels of the year a few days ago, interest rates have improved slightly.

With prices above an important technical support level and the 10-year yield beneath the psychological 3% level… we are advising new clients to float and see if interest rates can build on the recent momentum and continue to improve.
