SuperKids Resale April 3-6 in Gresham and May 2-4 in Vancouver
Hello wonderful families,
I think we can officially say that Spring is on it’s way. We love this time of year – the days get longer and the colors of nature are abundant. Yellow daffodils and pink cherry blossoms are our favorites – with so many others on their way.

As we look ahead to the coming week, below are some options for getting out and about. From art to music, animals to science, nature to puppet, there’s sure to be something for you to check out this week with the kids. We also have two great giveaways going on – tickets for the PYP Cushion  Concert next weekend and prizes for the SuperKids Resale event in early  April.
The votes are rolling in, and we want to know … What are YOUR family’s favorite businesses in the Good Eats, Outdoor Fun and Active Fun categories? Cast your votes now through April 10th for #mpfamfaves.
As always, don’t forget to check for last minute changes and cancellations before heading out.

Have fun out there!

Master Scissor Artist Karl Johnson Returns to Portland March 18-25

Cut Arts - Karl Johnson - visits Portland March 18-25, 2014

Karlʼs silhouettes are all hand cut, original works of art. Each one created live by simply looking at his subject matter and cutting out an exact likeness freehand with scissors. These are not computer generated – something hard to believe with the detail and precision that attends each piece.
Karl will be creating 5×7 traditional hand cut silhouette portraits March 18-25 at several Portland area locations.

Click here for more information and a complete schedule of Portland area events.

Each  piece takes approximately 5 minutes. All ages are welcome, even the  squirmy ones!                       To make an appointment, please  contact the store of your choice for a 5 minute appointment.
